What the team does
Day-to-day, the Portugal team handles:
- New business quotations — we walk you through the cover on the call, send the quote in writing, and bind cover the same day if you want to proceed.
- Mid-term changes — addresses, vehicles, drivers, sums insured. Updated and confirmed in writing.
- Renewals — we re-quote across the panel every year and email you a comparison rather than auto-renewing on the incumbent.
- Claims support — we sit between you and the insurer's claims team and translate. Where there's friction, we step in.
- Document requests — duplicate certificates, IPID, Policy Wording, schedules. Usually turned round same-day.
