Delivery Charges Explained
Delivery charges are unfortunately a necessary cost but it is our policy to never profit from this and keep charges as low as possible.

Free is rarely free
Other suppliers may offer free delivery but what they should actually say is the delivery charges are included in the cost of each product. We have found that customers often order more than a single product so it is much more cost effective for the customer if we charge delivery based on weight thresholds rather than adding the delivery costs to each product.
Returns and Refunds
We work hard to provide you with as much information as possible so you can purchase our products with confidence. However, If you buy something from us and decide it is not what you want you may return any item within 14 days of reciept as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.
All you need to do is to contact us on 020 8567 8903 and we will issue you with a Returns Form and Returns Code, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a completed Goods Return Form. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition and packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the costs for returning the goods to us.
Faulty, Incorrectly Delivered and Damaged Items
If an item has been incorrectly delivered, received damaged or is faulty then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed above. We will then arrange collection of the item(s) free of charge. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs within 30 days.
Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 3 working days of the delivery date. If an issue is reported to us after this date we are not able to take address any issues with our courier companies and therefore may not be able to arrange a refund for you.
When you order is dispatched we will send you an email. If you have not received your order within 14 days of this email please contact us. Refunds cannot be made to orders that have not been notified as undelivered after 21 days of the date of dispatch (as stated in the dispatch email).
